What I'm hearing is that you are a bad manager. You cannot work with the resources you have available, you over promise and under deliver, and your time management skills need work. If you can't fit tasks into an 8 hour day, you need to either accept less work, hire more staff, or extend your deadlines. Your poor management skills are not Gen ___'s problem.
