Well put and well written. I've seen this failure in so many organizations. I can't figure out why, to solve climate change in the next decade, we also need to tackle the inequality our species has failed to solve over 5000 years. They hate it when you say it's as bad as denialism, but at least denialism still has climate change at the core. This is something else altogether.
