"The oppressed cannot oppress the oppressor." - but the oppressed can become the oppressor. This is today's reverse racism. It is a fiction for people not to recognize their own power. If you can get someone fired, or cancelled, or (in the case of the original Karen) forced to leave the country, then you have the power to become the oppressor.
