Sadly, deep office floors, outlook requirements, zoning usually make it hard to convert office space to living space. Add to that increased electric, sewer and water line neds for costly infrastructure upgrades on existing buildings. All that said, though, providing urban living space for remote workers is preferable to the alternative. Good idea
