No, that's not how it works. Men could be isolated on a desert island and think of women every day. Men at war for years, or on long voyages, think of women. Men serving life sentences dream of women. Men in monasteries dream of women. Men who have only seen a woman once, fully clothed, think of her long after. This is how it has always been. This is how it will always be. It is a mystery to us why some modern women don't understand this or think it is anything other than what it is - biology.
