My wife is a nocturnal introvert. She has an extreme chronotype. Up at 11 am, to bed at 4am. She gardens at night with a headlamp. I've arranged so she doesn't need to work. She watches television and plays her video games into the wee hours with her cat sleeping beside her.
She is the happiest person I know.
