Maybe that's why the highest uptake of EVs are in the moderate, temperate regions of Iceland, Norway, and Sweden where the temperature is juuuust right. Or in tiny countries like China with hardly any rural areas and very small temperature swings. Luckily, America has tariffs to make sure only wealthy people can afford EVs.
