It's such a stupid, non-issue. Conservatives don't recognize the existence of trans or even gay people. Their view of women is a social not scientific one and runs counter to modern acceptance of feminist ideals. Their goal is to maintain a fiction, not arrive at a truth. In other words, there is no point in even engaging in the conversation. You'll inevitably talk past each other, never reaching a vertex.
Also, there's no need for new terminology. Science already has one. "Parous"
