I used to use his music back in the day for videos and websites, and credited him. It was a lifesaver. That was back when music companies didn't want to go online and thought anyone who used their music was a thief. One song for a non-commercial video could cost $120, but usually a lot more ($5,000+) if you couldn't prove how many people would see it online (my mom), which made his music almost the only way to stay legal. How times have changed!
