I had a golden ticket to visit North Korea a few years ago. A program was set up to teach North Korean entrepreneurs in a free trade zone. I would have been the first American to teach economics in North Korea.
Sadly, only two weeks before leaving, DC and Pyongyang got into a spat, our visas were cancelled, and the country hasn't opened up since.
