Great article! Here in New Zealand, almost no houses list their price. They are sold at auction. It's so frustrating to waste time looking at houses all over town without knowing up front if they're even remotely in your price range.
I'd rather endure buying a house than the frustration of airline tickets. After hours spent looking at a nearly infinite variety of one-way, roundtrip, multi-stop, hourly, daily variable prices the algorithm recognizes you and jacks up the price!
