Excellent article, and you've captured it perfectly. One comment, though: please delete the section quoted above. It dramatically weakens your argument. Women have always done backbreaking, disgusting work, paid and unpaid. Think washerwomen, sweatshop seamstresses, nurses, and farmers. They were and are capable of this work. Instead, men worked hard so women, ideally, didn't have to. Which strengthens your argument.
